  • Create and manage internal processes related to sales
  • Develop and implement planning area
  • Identify opportunities for interactivity of the sales with business area in order to boost profitability, market share and operational efficiency
  • Develop tools and processes needed to keep SALES in line with the global goal
  • Constant influence and relationship with the area of operations for the implementation of planning
  • Manage and develop staff
  • Evaluate, manage and deploy an effective sales infrastructure
