Campus Disposition Breaks Three-Year Arizona Record
This was a very complex disposition involving the long-term lease of approximately 625,000 square feet of the campus to Freescale Semiconductor, the acquisition of 232,000 square feet of vacant buildings, as well as 50 acres of additional improved but undeveloped land.

The sale of the Freescale Semiconductor Campus was the largest industrial investment sale in Arizona in the last three years valued at $53.7 million. The total campus, which is 856,000 square feet on 135 acres, is being redeveloped into Discovery Business Campus, the premier business park in Arizona, totaling nearly two million square feet of office, flex, hotel, and retail space upon completion. This project will require hundreds of millions of dollars of investment and create tens of thousands of jobs – a showcase for high-paying employment in Arizona.
