Cushman & Wakefield Continues to Strengthen Its Investment Sales Platform with Key Hires

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, today announced that Brian Nagle and Jerrod Wigal have rejoined the firm’s Capital Markets group in Chicago as Executive Vice President and Director, respectively, focusing on office property investment sales throughout the Midwest Region.

Mr. Nagle and Mr. Wigal have a combined 40 years of experience in executing CBD and suburban office investment sales on behalf of institutional and private clients, both domestic and international. The team has completed over 170 Midwest office property sales totaling over 80 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $20 billion.

Messrs. Nagle and Wigal rejoined from Colliers International, where the team led many of the firm’s largest office sales over the past 12 months. Until 2010, Mr. Nagle spent twenty years with Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as an Executive Director in Capital Markets. Mr. Wigal spent seven years at Cushman & Wakefield working directly with Mr. Nagle. Mr. Wigal has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University. Their clients include Walton Street Capital, Hines Interests, GLL Real Estate Partners, CW Capital, The John Buck Company and TIAA-CREF.
