Cushman & Wakefield Ranked #1 By National Law Journal Readers

Cushman & Wakefield, today announced that it has been ranked the #1 Commercial Real Estate firm for Tenant Representation for the second straight year, as part of the 4th annual 2015 Best of The National Law Journal Readers Rankings Survey.

“We are honored to have again been chosen as the number one commercial real estate services firm for Tenant Representation by The National Law Journal’s readers,” said Sherry Cushman, Executive Managing Director and Leader of Cushman & Wakefield's Legal Sector Advisory Group (LSAG). “This year’s reader survey results—even more than last year—are an affirmation of our client only commitment to fully understanding the niche requirements of the legal sector, and cements a true milestone for our firm on the path to being recognized as the preferred firm of choice among legal professionals and law firms nationwide.”

Ms. Cushman attributes the firm’s growing roster of highly-satisfied legal sector clients to the renewed investment the firm has made in bringing-to-bear its full suite of global capabilities and service offerings in a way that resonates with today’s law firm decision-makers.

According to the firm’s CEO for North America, John Santora, “Our client-only approach is infused with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor; and we’re elated to realize that the energy we’ve invested is evident to the readers of one of America’s most prominent legal publications.”

As part of this commitment, the firm launched its inaugural National Legal Sector Benchmark Survey in 2013 to gain a better understanding of the key business, financial and operational drivers affecting the legal sector. In just two years, the number of respondents has grown to more than 400 law firm decision-makers from across the globe. Included as part of the 2014 National Legal Sector Benchmark Survey Results were the responses to its first-ever National Associate Survey of more than 200 young lawyers from U.S. firms of varied sizes. Ms. Cushman is currently sharing the results of the most recent survey as part of a national symposium tour of over 20 U.S. cities.

This special supplement is published by the business arm of The National Law Journal. Voting is conducted via online ballot consisting of 79 categories and potential answers in multiple choice format. In all, over 7,700 votes were cast between January 5th and February 5th, to give the legal community an opportunity to acknowledge who they believe to be the best providers of products and services in the legal space.
