Todd Kohlbecker Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Managing Director

ST. LOUIS – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Todd Kohlbecker has joined the firm’s Retail Portfolio Services Center (PSC) as Senior Managing Director. He will be responsible for the continued growth and development of PSC’s retail practice as well as improvement of retail capabilities and oversight of key retail clients.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Kohlbecker served as Vice President of Real Estate for Caleres, a publicly held company with over 1,100 locations and nearly $3 billion in sales. He oversaw the retail distribution process, including the development and execution of the new store, relocation, renewal, store closing, and market optimization strategies in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. He worked with multiple brands in malls, strip/lifestyle centers, outlets, free-standing and high-street properties.

Mr. Kohlbecker is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the position of State Retail Chair; he also has been a guest speaker at regional and national conventions. He holds the industry designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Mr. Kohlbecker is a member of United Way’s Leadership Giving Society and the Advisory Board to the Dean of Communications at Webster University where he also serves as President of the Daniel Webster Society.
