Cushman & Wakefield Adds Machinery & Equipment Expert

NEW YORK – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that David Koller, ASA has joined as Managing Director, for the newly formed Machinery & Equipment practice within the firm’s Valuation & Advisory group.

“Adding someone with David’s particular area of focus seems like a natural fit for our growing platform,” said Nicole Urquhart-Bradley, President Valuation & Advisory for the Americas. “We recognize there’s a need for this level of expertise and are excited to be able to offer this service to our clients.”

Mr. Koller has been active in the appraisal industry since 1998, and now specializes in the allocation of purchase price, insurance valuation, fresh start accounting, lease and collateral evaluation, and litigation support. He has extensive industry experience in agriculture, broadcast and communications, energy, entertainment, food production, foundries, healthcare, hospitality and restaurants, manufacturing and industrial, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications.

Mr. Koller’s appraisal work has involved projects throughout the Unites States as well as in several countries across Europe, Central and South America.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Mr. Koller was with Marshall & Stevens where he was the National Practice Leader of the Capital Asset Valuation Group. He also previously served as the manager at Micor Media Group.

Mr. Koller is an accredited senior appraiser of The American Society of Appraisers, with a designation in Machinery & Technical Specialties – Machinery & Equipment. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English.
