NEW YORK – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that David Gray, MAI, MRICS has returned to the firm’s Valuation & Advisory Group.

Mr. Gray had been with Cushman & Wakefield for nearly 16 years before joining LWHA for a brief period earlier this year. Now back, he will assume his previous role as an Executive Managing Director and a member of the Valuation & Advisory group’s management team.
A lifelong Floridian, Mr. Gray began his real estate career in 1985 at Laventhol & Horwath’s Coral Gables office where he was an original staff member the firm’s valuation department. He went on to work for American Realty Consultants and Landauer Associates where he supervised and managed hospitality-related appraisal and consulting assignments throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

Mr. Gray has appraised all forms of real estate including hotels, office buildings, retail centers, planned unit developments, golf courses, timeshare projects, residential subdivisions, industrial buildings and vacant land.

Mr. Gray is a Certified General Real Estate appraiser in the State of Florida, a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. A graduate of Florida International University, David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
