Cushman & Wakefield and ChaneyBrooks Forge an Exclusive Alliance in Hawaii and Guam

Cushman & Wakefield has entered into an exclusive alliance agreement with ChaneyBrooks, the leading commercial real estate firm serving Hawaii and Guam markets.

Steve Sombrero, a 30-year real estate veteran, will continue to serve as President of the new Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks alliance firm. Joseph Haas will remain as the Managing Director and Principal Broker of Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s brokerage, property management and leasing services in Hawaii and Guam.
