Adam specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial property, in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For over 15 years, he has represented tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in a variety of commercial real estate negotiations including: industrial, office, retail, investment and land development.
Adam has established a strong customer base and has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator and client friendly sales representative. Adam’s attention to detail is paramount, which enables him to provide superior market information, accurate analysis and to develop unique strategies in order to effectively manage his clients’ real estate requirements and to achieve their respective goals and objectives. Adam is a member of the President’s Round Table in recognition of exceptional sales performance and is consistently a top 10 performer. Adam’s expertise and focus has been on the valuation and disposition of high profile and unique sites. These include: heritage designated properties, special purpose buildings and highest and best use analysis, in order to reposition an asset or determine the redevelopment potential of a site.

Adam graduated from Dawson College and attended McGill University’s Industrial Relations program. In addition, he completed the highly distinguished Canadian Securities Course. Adam has also attended the Academy of Art in Montreal, where he studied advertising and mass media.
