Mr. Dembowitz joined the Los Angeles office of Cushman & Wakefield Western, Inc., in 2015. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Dembowitz was with Integra Realty Resources in Los Angeles from 2010 to 2015, where he worked as a Senior Analyst. His other prior appraisal experience was with Shea Realty Advisors in  Philadelphia and Property Valuation Advisors in Chicago.

Mr. Dembowitz has been a commercial real estate professional – in appraisal and valuation, sales and leasing, construction administration, development, and property management – since 2003. His valuation experience includes fair market value appraisals, market value appraisals, and investment advisory services concerning  retail centers, shopping malls, small to large-scale industrial facilities, multifamily and mixed-use properties, office buildings, medical offices and other healthcare properties, hotels and motels, parking facilities,  institutional and educational use properties, recreational vehicle parks, manufactured home communities, and  vacant land. Mr. Dembowitz has completed projects throughout the United States – with extensive experience in Southern California as well as the Chicago and Philadelphia metropolitan areas – on behalf of federal, state, county, and municipal agencies, domestic and foreign investment firms and financial institutions, individual
property owners and developers, REITs, pension funds and their advisors, and insurance companies. His experience with special valuation studies includes the analysis of full and partial acquisitions, tax appeals, land leasing practices, market rent appraisals, ground rent analysis and arbitration, and valuation of fractional ownership interests. Mr. Dembowitz also provides consulting services for a variety of clients to furnish Opinions of Reasonableness for projects throughout the country pursuant to Revenue Procedure 2014-12 (Safe Harbor) concerning Section 47 Historic Preservation Tax Credits. He is a member of the Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support (DALS) group within Cushman & Wakefield.
