Adam Lasoff is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group where he specializes in the sale of institutional office, industrial and mixed-use properties. As one of five partners on a 12-member team, Adam is responsible for originating, underwriting, and marketing investment properties for sale throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
Adam started his career in Chicago with Corus Bank in their Commercial Real Estate Group where he was responsible for the origination, underwriting, and closing of commercial real estate loans to institutional clients. Over three years, he was involved in over $2.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions located throughout the United States.
Adam joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group in 2010. Over the course of his career, he has completed over $5.0 billion of commercial real estate transactions for clients including pension fund advisors, REITs, and a wide range of domestic and foreign private investors.
