Alejandro Alvarez joined Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey in September 2014 as part of a select team of associates charged with representing corporate users and major landlords in their real estate dealings. In June 2016, he began working with an experienced team at Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan office.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Alejandro worked as a Financial Representative intern at Northwestern Mutual. He also previously held internships at Dietrick Group LLC, an Allentown, PA-based full-service real estate advisory company, and at CF Global Training, where he assisted the fixed-income trading team.
Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University, where he graduated with a double major in Finance and Marketing and a Real Estate Minor. He was also a member of the four-year Global Citizenship Certificate Program. In the course of his senior year, Alejandro participated in The Collins Family Real Estate Practicum Scholarship Competition and represented Lehigh University at the Villanova Real Estate Challenge.
During his college career, Alejandro was an active member of the Lehigh community. He led the Finance Club as Club President, was an active member of the Investment Management Group, and a founding member of the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) chapter.
