Alex leads a team of four (4) professionals that provides unparalleled service from a client’s initial Strategy Development, Needs Analysis, to Offer and Lease negotiations and ultimately to Move-In.
Alex began his career at the Calgary office of Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 1984. His more than 33 years of experience with the company have allowed him to build long-term consultative relationships with and act on behalf of clients such as Alberta Health Services, Bank of Montreal, Canaccord Genuity, Emerson Electric Canada, Flint Energy Services, Franklin Templeton Investments, Fluor Canada, Nexen CNOOC Ltd., Cenovus Energy, IHS Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, NORR Architects Planners, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, and Rogers Communications, to name a few.
Although he has a Tenant Representation focus, he is routinely asked to consult or advise on how to position or market office projects in declining or difficult markets, from a user’s perspective.
Alex is a member of CoreNet Global and has been actively engaged in the organization of a Western Canadian Chapter, located in Calgary. Alex has also been an active volunteer for a number of charitable and industry organizations including the Alberta Adolescent Recovery Centre (AARC), Discovery House – Family Violence Prevention Centre, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Calgary Real Estate Forum.
