Andrea Welburn is an integral part of Cushman & Wakefield ULC’s Vancouver office as the regional Manager, Information & Research. As lead of the research group, she acts as research gatekeeper creating the quarterly and yearly regional statistics. Ms. Welburn’s forensic ability, knowledge of the markets, and keen interest in market statistics, allows her to monitor and report on current market conditions. As a strong communicator with an equally strong analytical background, she gives brokers and clients the market information they need to make informed real estate decisions.
Ms. Welburn began her career at Colliers International as a Research Analyst for the Office Leasing division. This position allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, both on the investment and leasing sides. She joined Cushman & Wakefield LePage in 2005 overseeing the research department (which conducts research on all disciplines: industrial, office, retail and investment) and managing a staff of research analysts.
Andrea has also been an active and involved member of CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women) since 2007 and has served on the board of Vancouver CREW as Director of Education/Outreach. For several years, she has also been on the Board for the Foundation – the philanthropic arm that CREW Network supports, as Champion Director
Ms. Welburn attended Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with concentrations in Foreign Languages and French Literature. She also has a musical background with degrees in music (violin) from The Royal Conservatory of Music in Montreal, Quebec.
