Andrew Judd joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2004 and offers more than 30 years of business experience, including management, marketing and communications in a variety of industries. In his current role as Managing Principal and New Jersey Market Leader, Andrew holds direct P&L responsibility; manages 200 brokerage and business line professionals; and oversees all organizational activities for the three-office New Jersey region. His responsibility also includes strategic planning, new business development, recruiting, retention, mentoring, learning and development programs, targeted client initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities for the region. With a proven record of developing and fostering environments that encourage teamwork and collaboration, he applies a solid understanding of firm wide objectives and operations to help set and lead the implementation of growth plans for the region. He has been featured in numerous articles and industry publications, including The Wall Street Journal, NJ Biz, Real Estate NJ, and New Jersey’s Commerce Magazine.
Prior to his current role, Andrew served as Cushman & Wakefield’s Director of Operations and as Director of Marketing & Communications for the firm’s New Jersey region. Over a nearly 12-year period, he was instrumental in helping to secure more than 80 million square feet of agency leasing, tenant representation, and corporate services assignments for such clients as AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, General Electric, ADP, TIAA-CREF, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Alcatel-Lucent, Pfizer, Prologis, Prudential Financial, Citigroup, and Tishman Speyer, with portfolio sizes ranging between 500,000 and 250 million square feet. As a member of the U.S. Marketing Leadership Team, he worked to develop the long-term strategy for the Marketing group, measuring performance against established metrics, sharing best practices, implementing process improvement across service lines, and leading ongoing mentoring/career development programs.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew served as Managing Director of Marketing Services for the New York City office of CBRE (formerly Insignia/ESG). Here, he supervised a full-time staff of marketing and business development professionals and coordinated local and regional proposals, presentations, and offering memoranda. He helped secure major assignments in New York City and across the U.S. for such clients as Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, TIAA, AXA Financial and Latham & Watkins. Andrew’s prior experience includes eight years as the Marketing Manager at STV Incorporated, a major engineering and architectural firm.
