Andrew McDonald began his real estate career in 1999 as Executive Assistant to John C. Cushman, III, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cushman Realty Corporation. In this capacity, Mr. McDonald managed aspects of Cushman Realty’s leasing, capital markets and consulting transactions. In 2001, Cushman Realty Corporation was sold to Cushman & Wakefield.
At C&W, Mr. McDonald has been a perennial member of the Chairman’s Circle, an honor reserved for top producers. Mr. McDonald is a repeat guest lecturer at The Marshall School of Business at USC, and has been recognized as a leading office broker by the LA Business Journal, Real Estate Southern California and by the CoStar Group.
In addition to representing his own portfolio of clients, Mr. McDonald manages the Downtown Los Angeles office of Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr. McDonald serves on the Board of Directors of The Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women and Children, the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association and the Board of Directors of the Pasadena Southwest Little League.
At C&W, Mr. McDonald serves on the Executive Committee of the Investor Services Leasing Group, the Rising Leadership Council and the Tenant Advisory Group.
