Andrew is Head of City Leasing and is responsible for office agency; with over 20 years experience in the City of London Market.
Andrew joined CBRE in 1998 as part of the graduate programme and moved into the City Agency in 1990. In summer 2012, after 24 years at CBRE, he joined Cushman & Wakefield.
Andrew has developed expertise in development consultancy, preletting & leasing as well as occupier representation. He has advised on some of the largest Central London developments including Watermark Place (491,000 sq ft) preleased to Nomura for UBS & Oxford Properties. He also advised Oxford Properties on their purchase of a 50% share of the 122 Leadenhall (610,000 sq ft) development.
British Land has been a long term client of Andrew’s having worked with them for nearly 18 years and has advised on various developments including Plantation Place (550,000 sq ft) and Ropemaker Place (592,583 sq ft).
Andrew advised Hermes and P.M.G. on the refurbishment of 1 Finsbury Circus totaling 208,000 sq f, which was subsequently let to Stephen Harwood and Alvarez & Marsal.
Andrew has also advised a number of occupiers, the largest being Financial Services Authority who he has advised for over 10 years, acquiring and disposing of in excess of 750,000 sq ft in Canary Wharf.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, he has secured mandates to advise Union Investments in respect of Finsbury Circus House, (145,000 sq ft), QV Unit Trust in respect of 71 Queen Victoria Street (200,000 sq ft) and most recently been appointed by Brookfield to advise on preletting strategy for Principle Place totaling c. 600,000 sq ft.
