Andrew joined Cushman & Wakefield (Cassidy Turley/DTZ Legacy) in 2005 and specializes in retail shopping center investment sales and agency leasing, ground up development advisory and tenant representation. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew interned throughout college with DPI Retail out of Santa Monica and George Smith Partners out of Los Angeles.

Today, Andrew’s multi-faceted experience in lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and development as a retail specialist have allowed him to assist his clients in successfully achieving their goals and strategies. Andrew has successfully negotiated over 2 million square feet of retail transactions and has consistently ranked as a top retail professional in Southern California for Cushman & Wakefield.  Andrew and his team represent the Agency Leasing for over 5 million square feet of shopping centers throughout San Diego, Riverside and Orange Counties.

Outside of the office, Andrew is an active participant in the University of California at Santa Cruz Alumni Association where he played NCAA Water Polo, Founded the San Diego Next Generation Chapter of ICSC and has coached High School water polo for La Costa Canyon High School.  Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, is an active member of the San Diego Bible Study Fellowship and the outdoors.
