Andrew Sellet specializes in retail site selection, leasing, disposition and shopping center sales. His experience includes providing retail services for both Tenants and Landlords. Andrew also has experience in High Volume Transaction Services with Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Services Division.
Andrew joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003. In 2005, he started the Retail Services Team in Cincinnati. Over the last 5 years, the team has completed over 250 transactions representing over $160 million in value. Andrew is the Master Broker for Tire Discounters. The nations 8th largest Tire retailer expanding in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee and Alabama adding 12-15 new locations annually. Andrew also has extensive experience in retail site selection and market roll out. Andrew also worked with other local, regional and national Landlords such as Phillips Edison, Seritage, Regency Centers and Neyer Properties on the leasing and disposition of their assets.
