Andrew Siemsen became a salesperson in 2003 specializing in sales and leasing of industrial real estate at Cushman & Wakefield’s Central New Jersey office. His activities include representing tenants and landlords on both acquisitions and dispositions of warehouse and distribution properties through the lease or sale process. The majority of his activity takes place in Northern and Central New Jersey and Southern New York State.
Mr. Siemsen joined the company in 2001 as a Research Associate and covered the New Jersey industrial market. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Siemsen was involved in real estate research and analytical activities at Reis, Inc. in Manhattan. Andrew’s introduction to real estate was for Prudential Real Estate Investors in Parsippany, New Jersey, where he worked on property level research.
Mr. Siemsen has a master’s degree in urban planning from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of Tennessee.

In 2006, Mr. Siemsen received Cushman & Wakefield’s “Gold Production Award” for the firm’s salespersons. In 2005, 2006, 2009-2011, 2014 and 2016, Mr. Siemsen was named a CoStar Power Broker for Northern New Jersey Industrial Leasing. He is a licensed salesperson in both New Jersey and New York.
