Andy Sumlin has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on landlord representation of office buildings throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.


He utilizes extensive landlord experience, in-depth market knowledge and strong business and community relationships to achieve quantifiable increases in asset value. Having been on the ownership/development and brokerage side of the industry, Mr. Sumlin has a unique perspective in value creation and ownership concerns.

Mr. Sumlin is a native of Atlanta and began his career with Adams Cates/Grubb & Ellis in 1988, serving as a Vice President until 1999. He then took a position with Barry Real Estate Companies as Director of Project Leasing. His responsibilities ranged from lead tenant generation for new development, to lease up and disposition for speculative office buildings totaling over 4 million square feet. Over the course of his career, he has represented over 15 million square feet of Class A and B office product and negotiated over $900 million in lease transactions.
