Andrew Trench, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, has specialized in landlord representation for over 10 years in South Florida. He has worked on leases in both the office and retail sectors of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, but has concentrated on exclusively office properties since 2010. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, Andrew served as Leasing Director at Taylor & Mathis for over five years, and Landlord Representative at Holly Real Estate for the five years prior.
He is a graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami Program and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Downtown Development Authority’s Downtown Retail and Office Advisory Boards. Andrew is a nextgen council member for the Community Partnership for Homeless, organizes an annual kickball tournament which has raised approximately $50,000 to benefit the homeless, and was also an integral part in helping organize the Broker Boxing Charity event in Miami in 2008, which raised $250,000 for the Alonzo Mourning Charities.
Andrew is a Miami native, and went to Gulliver Schools all the way through high school. He went on to the University of Maryland and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor degree in Communications.
