Angela Williams joined the Cushman & Wakefield Project Management team in 2017, specializing in  Commercial office build-out, Tenant Improvement renovations and Retail Construction Management. Her Architectural and Interior Design background brings an additional level of knowledge to the Cincinnati Team.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Angela worked as a Project Manager at CBRE specializing in office build-out and tenant improvements. Prior to CBRE, she operated as an Interior Designer at TDA Interiors and TDA Architecture from 2007 to 2014 specializing in tenant improvement and value engineering efforts including finishes, furniture and construction materials. She also worked as a Project Manager of Interior Design and Architectural for several successful corporate and hospitality renovations and relocations that include Pepsi Co, PowerNet Global, Acosta Sales and Marketing, Salon Concepts, Commonwealth Hotels, Westin Cincinnati, Plante Moran, Gateway Investment Advisors, and Strata-G.

Assignments

  • Partnered with Veritiv’s in house Project Manager to provide full service Project Management for most of their commercial office relocations and renovations across the Nation. Projects include their initial call center relocation in Fairfield, OH in 2016 consisting of 85,000 sf of second generation office space, a 12,000 sf expansion at the Fairfield facility in 2017, and a call center relocation in Jacksonville, FL which involved a 3 story, 90,000+ sf office space. Services consisted of prelease coordination, site selection, full RFP packages for all trades and vendors associated with design and construction, diligent review and management of the design and construction phases, quality control relating to Architectural & MEP Drawing review, finish strike off reviews, shop drawing reviews, subcontractor reviews etc. Management also consisted of weekly site visits, weekly coordination calls, move management coordination and decommissioning assistance.
  • RoundTower Technology relocated their HQ from Blue Ash, OH to Kenwood, OH in the summer of 2016. The Project Management Services consisted of full RFP package development, distribution and selection to all vendors and contractors associated for the 32,000 sf relocation. Angela provided, due to her design background, extensive design input to the RoundTower Team to ensure they were comfortable with their selections of layout and finishes. Management support was provided from bidding all the way through the move and even coordination afterwards on any fire drills associated, weeks after the move.
  • Provided Project Management services for the construction and relocation of Harlow-HRK. Harlow-HRK, previously located in two offices in Springdale, OH and one office in Newport, KY merged their multiple offices into one 23,000+ sq. ft. office space in Newport, KY. Services for this project included: architectural, general contractor, low voltage, audio visual and security procurement along with furniture installation and order coordination. Close supervision of budget and schedule was provided in order to smoothly orchestrate the architectural needs, construction progress and the overall move. The project came in under anticipated budget by over $200,000 and the move transition was smooth and on time.
  • Closely managed the complete 20,000+ sq. ft. build out for PL Marketing’s corporate office located on the 8th floor at 300 Dave Cowen Boulevard in Newport, KY. Management included coordinating with selected Architectural Firm to execute accurate drawings for Construction. Bidding and coordinating Low Voltage and Audio Visual needs as well as coordinating requirements for new furniture and relocation of personnel to new office space. Additionally, Angela provided Project Management services for the expansion of the 7th floor mock grocery store for PL Marketing, located in the same Newport building.
  • While employed as an Interior Designer with TDA Interiors, Angela successfully managed and designed multiple projects concurrently with sizes ranging from 2,000 sq. ft. up to 25,000 sq. ft.
