Anne Tanner is a Vice President in the Victoria and Vancouver Island office of Cushman & Wakefield. Anne opened the office in 2010 / 2011 and has successfully grown a team of agents to gain considerable market share. She is also one of the top producing commercial realtors in the Victoria and Vancouver Island marketplace, achieving a top 40 national leadership award with C&W Canada for 2014. Although Anne was born and raised in Victoria, Anne started her career with C&W in 2000 working in Downtown Vancouver before returning to Victoria in 2008. She has consistently proven herself as one of the leading realtors in Western Canada's commercial real estate industry over the past 15 years.
Anne has strong relationships with both local and national tenants and landlords. Her experience with lease transactions enables her to bring a solid understanding of income to investment sales, which in turn provides leverage for tenants and landlords to complete competitive lease transactions. Her knowledge base is instrumental in assisting buyers and sellers in making informed acquisition and disposition decisions.
