Tony Binswanger joined Cassidy Turley dba DTZ in late 2014 and is a Managing Director.  Based in the firm’s Walnut Creek office, he specializes in industrial and office properties within Contra Costa, Solano and Napa counties. His scope of client services includes landlord representation, tenant representation and investment and user sales.
  

Tony is a 3rd generation Contra Costa resident. After graduating from De La Salle High School, he attended UC Berkeley and Marshall University. Prior to joining DTZ, Tony was a Vice President at Colliers International from 2009-2014. His project leasing business has grown to more than 6.5 million square feet of commercial properties, in addition to his involvement in approximately 10,000,000 square feet of leasing/sales transactions. 

Tony enjoys most sporting activities including waterfowl hunting, golf, water and snow sports.
