Arthur Draznin joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Managing Director in October 2017. Mr. Draznin has more than 40 years of experience as an office leasing broker in New York City and the metropolitan area, serving as a landlord’s agent and tenant representative. He has leased more than 10 million square feet representing the smartest and toughest landlords as well as the most demanding tenants. He has orchestrated marketing campaigns for print and digital and created presentations for properties ranging in size from 50,000 to 800,000 square feet. Buildings represented as an exclusive leasing agent include One Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, 630 Third Avenue, 575 Madison Avenue and 600 Madison Avenue, 61 West 23rd Street, 360 Lexington Avenue, and 115 East 57th Street.
Tenants represented include Law Firms, Hedge Funds, Accounting firms, Governments (in the purchase and leasing of their premises), large and small corporations, as well as not for profit organizations.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked at Newmark Knight Frank as an Executive Managing Director for 15 years. He also served as President of Harper Lawrence (affiliated with the Lawrence Ruben Company/Ruben Companies), where he led a Commercial Real Estate brokerage business with more than 25 brokers reporting to him. Prior, he was Vice President at the Edward S. Gordon Company, where he started his career.
