Arthur Draznin joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Managing Director in October 2017. Mr. Draznin has more than 40 years of experience as an office leasing broker in New York City and the metropolitan area serving as a landlord’s agent and tenant representative. He has leased more than 10 million square feet representing the smartest and toughest landlords as well as the most demanding tenants. He has orchestrated marketing campaigns for print and digital and created presentations for properties ranging in size from 50,000 to 800,000 square feet. Buildings represented as an exclusive leasing agent include One Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, 630 Third Avenue, 575 Madison Avenue and 600 Madison Avenue, 61 West 23rd Street, 360 Lexington Avenue, 115 East 57th Street and 1361 Amsterdam Avenue.
Tenants represented include Law Firms, Hedge Funds, Accounting firms, Governments (in the purchase and leasing of their premises), large and small corporations as well as not for profit organizations.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as an Executive Managing Director for 15 years at Newmark Knight Frank. Prior he spent 20 years as President of the commercial brokerage Harper Lawrence (affiliated with the Ruben Companies) where he was responsible for the leasing of 2,000,000 square feet of Class A office properties. He started his career at the Edward S. Gordon Company (merged into CBRE) where he spent 7 years and rose to Vice President.
