Ashley currently serves as the Business Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s St. Louis office. As the Business Manager, Ashley manages the marketing, research, and administrative teams to provide operational leadership, supporting all aspects of the market operations. She is responsible for creatively solving problems to ensure the St. Louis office operates in an efficient and effective manner.
Ashley started her career with the firm in 2006 as an intern in the Corporate Marketing department. She was hired on full-time as the Marketing Associate for the Corporate Services team with a focus on business development. In this role, Ashley worked directly with the sales teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Ashley was promoted to the Corporate Marketing team and worked with the Chief Marketing Officer to rebrand the company in 2010. She was responsible for implementing the new brand, ensuring consistency, developing new templates, as well as managing the process for new materials to be shared with the local markets.
In 2011, Ashley relocated to New York City to take on a new role as a Marketing Manager working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she continued to manage the company’s brand which included developing corporate marketing materials, as well as sharing best practices across the local markets. Ashley also continued focusing on business development and work with the local market teams to developed strategies and materials for multi-market proposals and presentations.
