I lead the technology department in the Portfolio Services Center. I  joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017.

The technology team provides technical support for the business in all functions. We work with lease admin systems, inspection applications and service management solutions. We set up the systems and support the 'business as usual' requests according to client needs. Most of our systems are SAAS and we work with the providers to develop their platforms to meet our clients' requirements. We submit detailed technical requirements, carry out testing and manage the roll-out of the system enhancements.

We also provide technical advice for client pitches. Our services require complex IT systems consequently its essential we gain an in depth understanding of our clients' needs. My main task is to coordinate and expand the IT services within the PSC.
