Mr. Hynes concentrates on the leasing of office space in the Boston, Back Bay and Charlestown office markets for corporate clients and real estate investors. He focuses on assisting corporate clients in negotiating new leases, renewals, expansions, lease dispositions and provides peerless strategic advice with real estate transactions. During his career he has negotiated over 10,000,000 square feet of lease transactions.

Barry has extensive experience in representing tenants in many high-profile and complex real estate transactions. He has advised a number of high-profi le Boston-based firms in multiple transactions including Fish & Richardson; Hinckley, Allen & Snyder; Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks; and Citizens Bank to name a few. He received the “Downtown Deal of The Year” by the Commercial Broker’s Association for The Fish & Richardson lease at One Marina Park Drive at Fan Pier in 2010.
