Bart Corbett is Cushman & Wakefield’s top producing Tenant Representative for the Metro Vancouver market. In 2014 Bart was the #8 broker in C&W Canada. His success lies in his diversity and wide ranging knowledge of both the suburban and downtown core markets, enabling him to better serve his clients with a broad spectrum of opportunities.
Mr. Corbett completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.) in 1990. His 25 years of experience with the company has enabled him to create strong working relationships with landlords and brokers. Similarly, his client base has provided him with a wide variety of real estate transactions and solutions at a corporate level.
Mr. Corbett has acted on behalf of the following local, national or international clients for either the disposition or acquisition of office space in the Metro Vancouver area: General Electric, Bell Canada, TELUS, Ericsson, Nokia, Intel, Bank of Montreal, Xerox, Thomson Reuters, Canaccord Genuity, Mackenzie Financial, Fluor Corporation, Amec, Stantec, Marsh & McLennan, Accenture, Weyerhaeuser and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Mr. Corbett sat on the Board of the Vancouver NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) chapter for 12 years and has acted in a volunteer capacity as an advisor to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Arthritis Society of BC, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Canada and he is currently on the board of directors for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of BC.
