Ben is an expert in all facets of the real estate process and is hired to assist companies in their acquisition, disposition, incentives negotiation and vendor selection (legal, construction, architectural, etc.) processes. In 2017, he represented 29 clients on 81 transactions that were valued at over $117,000,000, an aggregate total of 898,300 square feet. Ben also serves as the Account Lead for SGS, managing the strategic planning and tenant representation of over 350 locations throughout the US, Mexico and Canada.
Ben is a 2009 graduate of Cushman & Wakefield’s “Junior Executive Training” (JET) program, which provides members with sophisticated levels of instruction in the areas of financial analysis, business strategy and future industry trends. He is also working towards his LEED GA accreditation.

Ben holds a BS degree in Management and Marketing from Monmouth University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
