Brad Newman-Bennett is an experienced and award-winning member of Vancouver’s Capital Markets Group. He has extensive experience in urban & suburban development sites, investment, multi-family and national tenant representation. A licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004, Mr. Newman-Bennett was originally hired to earn market share for the company on Vancouver’s North Shore. His practice has since evolved to cover most lower mainland jurisdictions.
In addition to representing several private individuals and families, he has represented many well-known organizations throughout his career, including Grosvenor, Seacliff Properties, Cressey Development, Peterson, Harbourside Projects, Seaspan, The Executive Group, Wall Financial, Mosaic Homes, PC Urban and GWL. Previous to joining Cushman & Wakefield ULC, Mr. Newman-Bennett was a financial advisor at Raymond James for eight years.
Mr. Newman-Bennett was a scholarship athlete at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and graduated with a Political Science degree from the prestigious Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences. While at Northwestern University, he was a four year letter winner and two year captain for the Wildcat varsity golf team. He also played professional golf in the states prior to choosing his profession in real estate.
