Mr. Rivers has over 12 years of experience in the appraisal profession. Mr. Rivers has been with Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia, Inc., Valuation & Advisory since August 2005.
Prior to joining C&W, he was a commercial real estate appraiser for Everson, Huber & Driggers, LC, in Marietta, Georgia from June 1998. Also, Mr. Rivers has testified as an expert witness in the superior court system of Georgia.
Appraisal and market analysis assignments have been performed on several types of commercial real estate located throughout the southeastern United States. These property types include, but are not limited to, automobile dealerships, self-storage facilities, manufactured housing communities, vacant land, various industrial property types (manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, crane warehouse, tank farm, etc.), market rate and tax credit apartment complexes, single- and multi-tenant office buildings (suburban and CBD), freestanding and in-line retail buildings (restaurants, branch banks, drug stores, etc.), sorority houses, places of worship, conventional and master-planned residential subdivisions, marinas, and various retail shopping center types (specialty, neighborhood, regional, power, lifestyle, etc.).
