Brad Rolin is an award winning Sales Professional in Toronto West’s Industrial division and has been a Top 10 producer in the GTA on multiple occassions. With over 10 years of experience, Brad has successfully established himself within the industry through an in depth knowledge of the market and a highly motivated work ethic. He specializes in all facets of industrial real estate including Sales & Leasing, Investment Sales, Lease Renewals, Land Sales & Acquisitions, Options Analysis, Opinions of Value, Design-Build as well as an in depth knowledge on redeveloping antiquated industrial sites into higher and better uses. Mr. Rolin joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 2000 as a Sales Assistant and became a licensed Agent six months later. Previously, he had worked for a major real estate company during his final year of university and recognized his affinity for sales. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Geography and Business from Ryerson University.
