Today, Brandon is Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield Urban Retail Services division where he co-leads one of Downtown Toronto’s most active urban retail leasing and investment sales teams. As one of the most prominent retail leasing professionals in Toronto, Brandon specializes in the leasing and merchandising of mixed-use developments and high-street retail assets where he is an expert at positioning his clients’ properties to extract maximum value.
Preeminent institutional and private investors and developers that have relied on Brandon’s expertise include Allied Properties REIT, CentreCourt Developments, CREIT, Crown Property Management, DREAM, FREED, H&R REIT, Hines, Hullmark, KingSett Capital, Lamb Dev Corp, Lifetime Developments, St. Michael’s Hospital, Streetcar Developments, The Hudson’s Bay Company, The Pearl Group, Urban Capital, and Westbank Corp among many others.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brandon was a Vice President at Ashlar Urban Realty where he was a top performing broker and spearheaded the creation of the company’s Urban Retail division.
Brandon is an active member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), and the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). In addition to being passionate about retail real estate, Brandon is an avid basketball fan, likes to travel, and enjoys playing golf.
Brandon is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier’s Gerald Schwartz School of Business and Information Systems where he was a key member of the top-ranked Men’s Varsity Basketball Team.
