Brian Alcorn is a senior project manager with Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta-based project management practice. With 18 years of industry experience, Mr. Alcorn has help deliver workspaces for a blue-chip list of corporations, governmental agencies, law firms, religious organizations, biomedical manufacturers, educational institutions, and more.
A recognized expert in the field of project management, Mr. Alcorn offers a strong track record proactively managing the many details and critical components inherent in any commercial workspace project and completing his clients’ projects on time and on budget. Mr. Alcorn’s experience includes strategic planning and budgeting; oversight and management of third-party vendors such as architects, contractors, and relocation consultants; diligent monitoring and managing of processes and timelines; and obtaining approvals and ensuring compliance with thorough reporting and documentation.
Before joining C&W, Mr. Alcorn was with Turner Construction Company where he was responsible for managing high-end interior construction projects as well as ground-up developments. His successful project management career also includes senior positions with The Staubach Company, Holder Construction, Mabry Haynes Construction, and Skilton Construction.
Mr. Alcorn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky. He also earned the prestigious LEED Accredited Professional designation, demonstrating his knowledge and commitment to sustainable building and construction practices. Mr. Alcorn has also earned his Engineer In Training (EIT) certification from the State of Kentucky.
