Brian Borget has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2011 and is the Senior Account Director on the Pepperidge Farm Account.
When the Master Services Agreement signed between Pepperidge Farm and C&W in September of 2015, Mr. Borget assumed responsibilities from Pepperidge Farm’s in-house Head of Corporate Real Estate. In addition to leading Transaction Management for Pepperidge Farm, he oversees the account team and all ongoing deliverables.
Before joining the Pepperidge Farm Account, Brian was responsible for managing a 13 million square foot global portfolio for a major multinational mass media and information firm. In addition to driving the transactions process for all deals in North and South America, he ensured that there was consistent best-in-class delivery of services from all regions around the world.
Brian works directly with senior executives, providing solutions to portfolio matters relating to office and industrial sites. With his experience negotiating complex transactions, combined with his expertise and proven communication skills, Brian is continuously improving Transaction Management, Strategic Planning, Lease Administration and overall Account Management for clients.
Brian began his career in 1994 as a Financial Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. With a strong analytical foundation, Brian accepted a position in the Finance Department at Lehman Brothers in 1997. He was eventually recruited to work in Lehman’s Corporate Real Estate Department in 1999. His responsibilities were initially financial analysis related, but grew to include managing transactions and supervising both the Space Planning and Lease Administration teams.
Just prior to joining C&W, Brian worked at JLL for five years on the HSBC Bank Account. In his role as Vice President within the Corporate Solutions Department, he was the Transactions Management lead for HSBC’s New York tri-state area office and retail portfolios.
