Brian P. Weld has been active in the New York City metropolitan area and around the country as an award-winning commercial leasing broker since 1981. Brian’s guiding principles are Service, Integrity and Excellence. One of the foundations of his business philosophy is loyalty to his customers. His passionate “no detail overlooked” advocacy on behalf of tenants has been characterized by a significant number of repeat transactions from the different companies he has represented.
On his own initiative, Brian has worked with some of the world’s top consultants and coaches in the areas of communication and team building to further develop the skills necessary to effectively manage complicated projects. He is a sponsor of the New York Tech Alliance and hosts their monthly CEO roundtable discussions.
In addition to his wide range of experience with varied domestic entities, Brian has represented a host of European and Asian organizations. When working with members of the Chinese business community he joins with Steven C. Rockefeller III, Jennifer Song and Eric Reimer for these projeccts. For all other projects he works with Matt Etlinger and Steven C. Rockefeller III.
By meticulously managing the real estate process, Brian ensures that no detail is overlooked and that all real estate decisions align with the organization’s strategic business objectives.
Brian and his team function as the organization’s off-site real estate “help desk” for the duration of the lease they have negotiated.
