Brian Young joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 as an Associate in the Brokerage Services group, residing in its Philadelphia office. He works with owners and occupiers in real estate strategy development and the execution of commercial property transactions throughout the United States.

Professional Expertise

Mr. Young is a lifetime resident of the greater Philadelphia area and is committed to expanding his knowledge of both the Philadelphia and surrounding area real estate markets. In addition to his Tenant Advisory work, Mr. Young and is a member of the team that handles the leasing for uCity Square – a development in University City consisting of roughly 2.8 million square feet with a 350,000 square foot tower currently under construction and roughly 4 million square feet of planned, future development. Mr. Young believes strongly in providing his client’s with the highest level of service.

Professional Affiliations

Mr. Young is an active member of the Real Estate community. He is a committed member of the Cushman and Wakefield Future Leaders and the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Council. In addition to his devotion to the Real Estate profession, Mr. Young is also actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Camp Pasquaney Board of Trustees and is a Class Agent for his High School alma-mater, The Episcopal Academy. Mr. Young is also an active member of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Society.


Mr. Young received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He majored in Political Science and minored in History. Mr. Young rowed for four years at the University of Pennsylvania and continues to stay involved with the University of Pennsylvania Rowing Team. He is now an active member of University Barge Club in Philadelphia.
