With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Sheehan has built an enviable track record in the areas of market analysis, site selection, financial due diligence, and the negotiation of new leases, renewals, subleases, sales, and purchase contracts.
In addition to Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Sheehan’s resume includes her tenure at some of Atlanta’s most successful commercial real estate firms, including Carter & Associates and Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark Grubb Knight Frank).
Before joining C&W, she was a leasing agent with SouthPort Commercial Real Estate Services, where she represented ownership in the leasing of a portfolio of office and industrial assets. Her tenant representation background began at Carter where she assisted corporate clients with their office space needs in Atlanta and across the US. While at Carter, Ms. Sheehan was awarded the firm’s CEO Award and Carter’s Distinguished Merit Award for three consecutive years. She was later recruited to join Grubb & Ellis’ Office Service Group, focusing on the representation of tenant clients with single and multiple locations.
Ms. Sheehan was a small business owner before entering the commercial real estate arena. Leveraging her photography education at Clayton State College, she started and ran a successful photography studio. An active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and NAIOP, Ms. Sheehan has also served four years in a leadership role for the Business Women’s Golf League. A member of SouthCrest Church, Ms. Sheehan supports a number of community service and charity organizations including Backpack Buddies and Bridging the Gap.
