Charlie Fenwick focuses on office leasing and sales in the Northern Baltimore-Washington Corridor. He also specializes in supporting companies in growth technology and emerging industries, as well as owner-occupied sale transactions.
Mr. Fenwick has successfully negotiated leases on behalf of a variety of public and private companies, many of which are emerging growth venture capital backed companies, government contractors in The Corridor and part of the Department of Defense (DoD). Besides representing small to mid-sized entrepreneurial companies, he has a growing list of investor and private clients that he represents in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor for owner-occupant buildings. Charlie completes approximately 45 transactions a year, mostly local and national tenant rep transactions.
Mr. Fenwick received a Bachelor’s degree in History from Franklin and Marshall College. He also is a former member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leader and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
