Chuck has over 35 years of experience in real estate, engineering, facilities management and production management. He has a strong track record of leading large organizations, change initiatives, and positive employee and customer relations. He has deep technical expertise in the areas of energy management, heating and cooling systems and building operations. He oversees the Facilities Management Team in Minneapolis, who deliver services to a number of corporate clients.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Palm was with Trammell Crow Company as the director of engineering on the UnitedHealth Group account, which included development of a national energy cost management program, oversight of critical facility operations, project management of facilities management capital, and training and development of operating engineers. In addition, he oversaw the delivery of facilities management in Duluth, Eau Claire, Plymouth, and various international sites. During his seven years supporting UnitedHealth Group, he helped deliver more than $5 million in savings, primarily through the energy cost management program, which included data management, supply-side negotiated savings, and demand-reduction projects.

Mr. Palm is currently a member of the Association of Facility Engineers (AFE) and has achieved the Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) Designation. In addition, he is a LEED accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council.
