Charlotte Lundquist leads the Marketing & Communications department for Cushman & Wakefield’s Minneapolis-St. Paul market. Her responsibilities include overseeing the market’s external and internal marketing communications initiatives such as; corporate marketing, advertising, sponsorships, brand management, media relations, social media, awards, content marketing, event planning, internal communications, graphic design, collateral production, as well as property-specific marketing projects and campaigns on behalf of clients. She brings over 15 years of marketing, communications, brand management, media placement, and advertising experience to the firm.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Charlotte served as the director of marketing and communications for a real estate developer focused on multi-family and senior housing. Former roles also include associate brand manager, marketing and strategy consultant, corporate marketing manager for a large publisher and media buyer.
Awards & Associations
Charlotte has a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University. She is named a 2018 Twin Cities Finest, an annual award that honors 25 young professionals on their professional and philanthropic achievements in the Twin Cities. She currently serves as Co-Chair for the Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) and has served on the board of The LEAD Project and has held leadership positions within The Junior League of Minneapolis.
