Christie Bennett joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 specializing in Tenant Representation with the Global Occupier Services (GOS) Team. Based in the Tampa office, Christie specializes in representing clients for the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of real estate assets and leases throughout the United States. Ms. Bennet is responsible for transaction negotiation, advisory consultation, national multi-market evaluations, and portfolio analysis.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she spent seven years in New York City with Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) providing tenant representation services to companies and organizations. Ms. Bennett specialized in the representation of technology, financial service, legal and business consulting firms, as well as non-profits. Her clients previous include CommonBond, First American Title Company, GwynnieBee, InVision Communications, NARAL, The Credit Junction, Theatermania, and theSkimm, among others.
A University of Florida graduate, Ms. Bennett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in real estate and a specialization in urban and regional planning.
