Christine Colley joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 as an Associate in the Brokerage Services division after interning with the same group in 2012. In her 5 year tenure, Ms. Colley has been recognized by her firm and the industry at-large as one of the most accomplished and talented young professionals. Christine is the youngest Senior Director and the first Cushman & Wakefield professional in the tristate region to achieve this title with less than 5 years’ experience.  

Christie’s success and accolades directly speak to her extensive experience and ability to effectively manage some of the industry’s most complex transactions to-date. Working closely with Cushman & Wakefield’s robust service lines, Ms. Colley is able to provide a detail-oriented approach and her attention to detail, transaction ingenuity, and exceptional client management result in cost-effective solutions which repeatedly exceed her client’s expectations. 

Ms. Colley has completed over 3 million SF of transactions in the last 24 months alone, spanning across a variety of industries and requirements. Among Christine’s notable clients are Guggenheim Partners, New York Life Insurance, New York City Housing Authority, Altice USA, Bond Collective, The Simons Foundation, UBS Realty Investors, MOAT, Tiptree Financial, and Goldpoint Partners. 

Education

Christine Colley earned her Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College, graduating in 2013 with a double-major in Economics and International Relations and a minor in Spanish.
