  • In 2004, Chris leased 159,700 square feet as a result of closing 56 transactions. The total lease value of these transactions was $19,670,234.00. He achieved profit sharing status based on commissions earned.
  • In 2004, served as a member of the Next Generation – ICSC Committee.
  • In 2003, leased 42,425 square feet in 2003 for a total lease consideration of $4.46 million and was responsible for leasing 759,048 square feet of landlord properties comprised of landmark specialty retail centers, grocery anchored neighborhood centers and well located strip centers.
  • While at Burnham Retail Group, leased 115,198 square feet over a two year period for a total lease consideration of $12.6 million and was responsible for leasing 671,140 square feet of landlord properties comprised of grocery anchored neighborhood centers, community centers and strip centers and was involved in one land transaction and one shopping center sale
  • While at Burnham, completed Leasing Institute I and II through the International Council of Shopping Centers. Additionally, completed CI 101 through CCIM.
