Chris has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for more than 13 years, with a primary focus on office landlord and Tenant representation in the Roseville & Greater Sacramento area.

In his career he has worked for a significant number of local and nationally based companies.  His market knowledge, attention to detail and dedicated work ethic are the basis for his success He received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento.  Along with the entire CROS Team, Chris joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as Senior Director.

  • Represented Sutter Health, a 50,000 employee wide Sacramento based HMO, with a 12 million square foot portfolio in a 300,000 SF consolidation. 
  • Represented Harsch Investments (Landlord) in the 180,000 SF, 10 year lease to ACS (Tenant) at Riverside Office Centre.
  • Represented Felton Properties (Seller) and Towbes Capital Partners (Buyer) in the Sale of 10470 Old Placerville Road, an 87,854 SF Office Building, 100% leased to Sutter Health.
  • Represented Butler America (Tenant) throughout the United States on 13 Office Requirements from California to Connecticut.
  •  Represented PMC Sierra (Tenant) in the 30,000 SF lease renewal with RREEF (Landlord) in Roseville, California.
  • Represented JP Morgan/McCarthy Cook Company (Landlord) in the 190,000 SF lease renewal of Verizon Wireless (Tenant) at Parkshore Plaza Office Park in Folsom, CA
  • Represented Cawley Fund (Landlord) in their lease of 139,000 SF to the State of California in the South Bradshaw Business Park                          
  • Represented Cawley Fund (Landlord) in the lease of 117,000 SF to the State of California in the South Bradshaw Business Park
  • Represented Meyer Crest (Landlord) in the 130,000 SF lease renewal to Barclays Global Investors at 4837 Watt Avenue
  • Represented CalPERS (Landlord) in the lease of 38,000 SF to the State of California at the new CalPERS HQ at 400 R Street
