Christopher Wood is a leading member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Transaction Advisory services group. During his 30-year career, Chris has been responsible for lease transactions valued over $3.0 billion, which range from 1,000 to 1.3 million square feet. In 2004 and 2011, Chris was honored with a Brokerage Deal of the Year Award by the NAIOP Chicago Chapter for the USG headquarters project (350,000 rentable square feet) and the Nokia/Navistar project (1.2 million rentable square feet). In 2007, Chris was selected for Midwest Real Estate News’ “40 Over 40” feature, recognizing him as one of the region’s top CRE professionals. And, finally, in 2012, Chris was recognized as a Chicago CoStar Power Broker for both Office and Industrial brokerage production.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris was vice president of leasing for the central United States for Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP), the nation’s largest publicly-traded office REIT. In this role, Chris was twice awarded EOP’s National Lease Transaction of the Year award.
