Profile

As Cushman & Wakefield’s Top Chicago Brokerage Producer for 2018 and one of its Top 100 Brokers Nationally, Chris has been responsible for lease transactions valued over $5.0 billion, which range from 1,000 to 1.2 million square feet. In 2004 and 2011, Chris was honored with a Brokerage Deal of the Year Award by the NAIOP Chicago Chapter for the USG headquarters project (350,000 rentable square feet) and the Nokia/Navistar project (1.2 million rentable square feet). In 2018 Chris was Cushman & Wakefield’s #1 Ranked Producing Broker in its Chicago marketplace and was also selected by Connect Real Estate Media as one of the Top Producing Brokers in the US having closed over $1.0 billion in client transaction volume in 2018.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris was vice president of leasing for the central United States for Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP), the nation’s largest publicly-traded office REIT. In this role, Chris was twice awarded EOP’s National Lease Transaction of the Year award.
