Clint Olsen is a Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he focuses on investment sales in Manhattan’s Midtown East neighborhood. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Clint has cultivated a wealth of knowledge that he is able to bring to his clients. He has exclusively handled the marketing of over 125 properties across a range of product types, including the sale of buildings, development sites, non-performing debt, air rights, and retail condominiums. Since 2004, Clint has facilitated the sale of properties and products with an aggregate value upwards of $1.1 billion. His reach extends throughout New York City, as he has handled the disposition of properties spanning across Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx.
Clint begin his real estate career in 1999 in the Manhattan office of Marcus and Millichap. He joined Massey Knakal Realty Services in 2002, initially focusing on the Chelsea/Greenwich Village market and since taking on the Midtown East market. Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal on December 31, 2014.
Clint received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College where he majored in American Studies with a focus in Economics and Political Science.
