Mr. Vanino, a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial sales and leasing team, brings knowledge and experience from his background in finance, sales, and research. Mr. Vanino began at C&W in 2001 as a research analyst/broker trainee, tracking statistics and writing market reports for the Denver metro area, while learning all facets of commercial real estate from senior employees. One year later he was promoted to Associate Broker and became the Rookie of the Year and most recently Vanino was promoted to Director and continues to handle various tenant and landlord representations, and buyer and seller agencies. Mr. Vanino has been recognized as the Top Industrial Broker at C&W of Colorado and received the Service Excellence Award. The Costar Group consistently ranks Mr.Vanino as a Power Broker.

Community Leadership

Mr. Vanino was named a top 5 fund raiser for the Byrne Foundation which helps Colorado youth. While volunteering for the Snowboard Outreach Society (S.O.S.) in Vail, Colorado, Mr. Vanino spent several years mentoring and teaching “at risk” youth to snowboard. Through this non-profit agency, many inner city children were able to engage in a wilderness therapy program whereby they were able to increase their self-esteem through guidance and learning in the outdoors. Additionally, Mr. Vanino has volunteered as a chaperon on Outward Bound trips for juveniles placed on “diversion programs” through Colorado’s legal system. Throughout college, Mr. Vanino was NCSA-Allegheny Conference ski team racer and assistant coach.
